 Code of Conduct

In order to put the Corporate Philosophy and Corporate Policy into specific practice, Acrodea establishes the following Code of Conduct.

1. We provide well-suited products and services.
Based on superior technology and a wealth of experience, we develop well-suited products and services, and offer products and services with consistently high customer satisfaction and reliability.
2. We compete fairly in our business dealings.
In regard to our business dealings, we comply with the law, and compete fairly and freely with others in our industry.
We do not use unlawful means to sell or receive orders for our products and services.
We do not engage in unreasonable dealings with our business partners that take advantage of a superior position.
We maintain healthy and normal relations with politics and government.
3. We provide appropriate corporate information in a timely fashion.
To our stakeholders consisting of business partners, consumers, shareholders, and investors, we provide the correct corporate information in an appropriate and timely fashion.
We comply with internal rules concerning the control of insider information, and shall not commit insider stock trading.
4. We respect the personality and rights of our fellow employees, and create a cheerful and spirited workplace.
We respect the personalities and human rights of our fellow employees, and do not discriminate unreasonably on the basis of nationality, gender, beliefs held, physical condition, or social status.
We secure a safe and comfortable working environment, and create a cheerful and spirited workplace that allows self-initiative and creativity to flourish.
5. We stand in harmony with international society.
In the course of our international business activities, we not only comply with the laws, but respect cultures and practices, and contribute to the advancement of respective nations and regions.
6. We engage actively in environmental issues.
We recognize the importance of, and engage actively in environmental issues through effective use of resources and energy saving.
7. We attach importance to ties with regional society, and are committed to social contribution.
As benevolent corporate citizens, we deepen our ties to regional society through participation in regional social activities, and place broad efforts in social contribution.
8. We do not extend benefits to antisocial forces.
We remain firm in our composure against antisocial forces that threaten social order and the healthy activities of companies. We do not extend economic benefit to antisocial forces.
9. Directors of the company shall take the lead and become role models of this Code of Conduct in their actions, and thoroughly infuse corporate ethics and compliance inside and outside the company.
Directors shall assess at all times opinions heard inside and outside the company, and streamline a practical and effective internal organization.
10. When any incident in violation of the Code of Conduct arises, the President shall lead the entire organization to resolution of the problem, and place efforts for the thorough elucidation of the causes and for the prevention of recurrences.
In addition, we shall disclose information promptly and accurately inside and outside the company about any incident, fulfill our accountability, and strictly discipline the relevant officers and staff, including the President.

Acrodea Group Informant Reporting Contact Point


For purposes of practicing fair business management that faithfully complies with the law, Acrodea has established an informant reporting policy and contact point for reports to the company regarding violations of the law in the workplace at Acrodea and the Group’s companies.
Under this policy, an affiliated individual inside or outside the company may initiate a report directly to the reporting contact point of Acrodea, whenever he or she discovers information related to an unlawful act or potentially unlawful act among the business activities of the Acrodea Group. Care is exercised, so that informants do not suffer any detrimental treatment as a consequence of making a report. Acrodea will promptly investigate the evidence associated with any report, and execute corrective measures as necessary.

Reports by email are accepted.

The Report Format that provides the necessary items is available. Use this format as much as possible.

2) The content of the report is used solely for the investigation, response, and corrective measures, and not used for any other purpose.
3) To protect the privacy of the informant, information such as individual names shall be managed strictly in accordance with the Privacy Statement Such information shall not be used whatsoever, except for the investigation of the report, and for statistics and analysis in a format that cannot identify individuals.
4) There will be absolutely no detrimental treatment of any individual, as a consequence of making a report.
5) Reports that criticize, defame, or slander another individual and reports based on personal complaints or dissatisfaction are not accepted.
6) To the extent possible, the entry of a name and contact method is requested, in order to allow contact and a fair investigation. Anonymous reports are accepted, but it must be understood that limitations may arise in the investigation.
